The principles of intense pulsed light (IPL) will be outlined followed by a discussion on when this treatment is indicated in the management of dry eye / ocular surface disease. Following this, a live demonstration of the procedure will be performed allowing practitioners to experience the technology at work and to see how it integrates into the management of this common condition.
