Lecture with discussion workshop: The role of primary eye care professionals in the eye care support pathway
This session will cover the important role that primary eye care professionals have in the eye care support pathway. The workshop will explain what is meant by support and information and how optometrists and dispensing opticians can play a key role at all stages and through each strand. The session will cover what support might be required, what support is available and how to link patients to that support in the middle of a busy clinic.
