This session will discuss the model of eye care NHS England has committed to delivering in all English special schools from 2020. The presenters will explain the proposed model and present SeeAbility's findings from the largest global study on the eye care and vision status of children attending special schools. We will use case studies to discuss clinical techniques and adaptions necessary, report writing and sharing and working as part of the school multidisciplinary team.
