Silhouette UK, market leader in rimless eyewear, is delighted to announce it won not one, but two awards at the Vision-X Vision Plus Awards in Dubai.

The Atelier Model G014 model picked up “Best New Spectacle” award in the luxury segment, and the Special Edition Arthur Arbesser sunglasses were awarded the honour of the “Best New Sunglass Model” in the Niche category.

The Vision-X Awards is the only eyewear business event for the Middle East and Africa which serves over 10,200 customers, was held at the Dubai World Trade Centre last week.

The Atelier G014 frame, part of Silhouette’s Atelier Pure Deco range, is a fine masculine frame crafted from 18kt solid gold. The frame offers exquisite Art Deco features, with a beautiful slim line design and elegantly tapered temples and is available in yellow, white or rose gold.

Silhouette’s Arthur Arbesser collaboration was the brand’s flagship frame for its SUN17 collection. Silhouette chose to collaborate with one of its home country’s most promising young talents, fashion designer Arthur Arbesser, to launch a limited-edition collection of four unisex frames inspired by the lifestyle of Arthur Miller during the time he was married to Marilyn Monroe. The exciting contrasts in colour and shape stylishly blending round and angular design elements with warm and bright colours and Silhouette’s signature rimless design.

 

 

The collection utilises Silhouette’s classic ‘Titan Minimal Art – The Icon’ style as the frames chassis and two different colours are inserted into one another and are seamlessly connected, creating a truly unique style.

Vision-X Vision Award winners were analysed for design quality, material selection, usability and innovation. Both the Atelier G014 frame and the Arthur Arbesser frame now carry this label of design excellence.
