The Daily Mail newspaper created their 'Good doctors guide' last weekend with the headline; "Meet the best cataract surgeons in Britain and learn the cutting-edge treatments used to improve sight."

They asked 40 leading eye surgeons who they believe are the top performers. Below the Cataract surgeons and their peers reveal their choices, with comments about why they selected them.

WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT HIM: ‘He’s what is known in the medical profession as a very safe pair of hands, attentive to the smallest detail,’ says one eye surgeon.
