The Association of Optometrists (AOP) will provide CET at the new London exhibition, 100% Optical, in February 2014 and Optometry Today (OT) will be the show's media partner.
The agreement between the AOP and show organisers, Media 10, covers the provision of CET for delegates to the new show, to be held at Olympic venue ExCel, and positions OT as the media partner for the event. As a result of the collaboration, AOP members can look forward to a VIP experience when they visit the show; a number of features, to be announced shortly, will be available exclusively to them.

Lyndon Taylor, AOP Chairman, said: "I'm delighted that the AOP will play a major role in bringing the profession a fantastic new exhibition. 100% Optical impressed us enormously with their ideas for the show. We are completely convinced that their energy, enthusiasm and innovation will ensure that exhibitors and delegates have a great experience at a show that will be significantly different. We were particularly pleased by 100% Optical's focus on making the show interesting, enjoyable and relevant for the visitor."
