New bottle colours and low monthly payment scheme launched at 100% Optical
Glasklar, from Positive Impact Sales, launched four new colour options and finishes on its spectacles cleaning bottles, plus an EasyPay, low monthly payment scheme at 100% Optical (ExCeL London, 27-29 January).
Glasklar is an in-practice spectacles cleaning initiative which is designed to attract patients into practice. The new colour additions expand the total range to 24 glass and three wooden dispenser bottles, with the aim of matching every practice’s corporate colours and style.
At the London trade show, the EasyPay system was also launched as a convenient and affordable way for independent practitioners to order and pay for their practice’s Glasklar bottles.
The payment plan enables practice owners to spread the cost of their Glasklar bottles, which means that they pay at the same rate as they give the bottles away to patients to encourage their return to the practice to top up their spectacles cleaner.
The lens cleaner solution is also free now to encourage practitioners to be as generous as they want to be to drive repeat patient visits.
The new payment system has been launched to help independent practice owners by offering them a reduced up-front investment, with the regular low monthly payments improving cash flow.
The EasyPay initiative means that practice owners no longer have to buy large one-off volumes to get the best possible pricing. They can order smaller, more manageable quantities of the bottles, which frees up storage space in the practice.
Under the EasyPay system, with the minimum 1200 bottles order, 300 bottles are automatically shipped quarterly. The practice owner pays an initial payment of 25% of the order value, with the remaining balance paid by direct debit over the following nine months.
Managing Director of Positive Impact, Maxine Green, explained: "At Glasklar, we understand the commercial pressures of running a busy practice business. Cashflow is king and often restricts commercial decision-making.
“Now Glasklar customers can buy the volume of bottles they need to service patient demand at the best price available and then spread the payments. That’s what we call a Glasklar win-win. Also, once the dispenser bottle is bought and paid for, the solution that goes in it is free for life, subject to a fair usage policy."
A change on the cleaner atomisers was also revealed at 100% Optical. The new design has an improved spray pump and is colour coordinated with the bottles.
