Multi award-winning frame supplier, Eyespace, will donate £1 to London's Moorfields Eye Charity for every tweet containing the hashtag '#Eyespace100' posted on Twitter during 100% Optical (February 4-6, 2017).

The main fundraising and grant-making charity for pioneering Moorfields Eye Hospital and its research partner, the UCL Institute of Ophthalmology, Moorfields Eye Charity raises critical funds for research, education and patient care; ensuring the UK remains at the forefront of the world’s ophthalmic care and research.

Following successful social media partnerships at previous events, Eyespace are supporting Moorfields Eye Charity to help raise further awareness of their activities and contribution to the optical field. Marketing Manager at Eyespace, Nicky Clement, explains the charity’s significance:

“As a British optical company passionately committed to protecting the sight of current and future generations, Moorfields Hospital and its vital academic partnership, which are world-renowned for their contributions to ophthalmology, are highly regarded by each member of the Eyespace team.

As a London hospital and charity, treating patients affected by eye disease in the UK and around the world, we could not think of a better cause to be supporting while exhibiting in the capital. I encourage every visitor at the event to get on social media and use the hashtag #Eyespace100 so that we can give generously on their behalf”.
