Mondottica is pleased to announce the release of the first full optical frame collection from British lifestyle brand, Cath Kidston.

Established in 1993, in London’s Holland Park, Cath Kidston has become synonymous with classic British design and nostalgic style, famous for its unique floral prints such as, Worth Bunch as well as Button Spot prints.

Known as The Home of Modern Vintage, it takes inspiration from quirky British, vintage finds, designing colourful prints that turn modern, practical products into something witty, fresh and fun. This principle makes its way to 11 cheerful and stylish optical styles that are guaranteed to
put Spring well and truly in your step.

Cath Kidston speaks Modern Vintage and the CK1008 follows suit. A twist on the timeless eyewear silhouette, cat eye, the double lamination acetate frame is decorated in its entirety in a bold red and white polka dot print. Other colour options look to botany for their colouration, with black, turquoise and purple floral prints wrapping the frame like an in-bloom wisteria.

Acetate model CK1012 also looks to Cath Kidston’s classic spot print, with laminated temples available in blue, red and pink hues. These have been combined with a large rectangular front shape which, thanks to its single tone, offers a new, discrete way of wearing the much-loved
spot print.

Curve acetate style CK1007 introduces contrasting laminations and playful florals on the temples.

Styles CK3005 and CK3006 combine spot and floral printed acetate temples with wearable metal fronts. As with all models in the collection, temples sport a brass-coloured Cath Kidston logo and a single flower printed on the inside of each end tip.
