How can I become an exhibitor or sponsor at 100% Ophthalmology?

Can I still attend if I don't book a stand or sponsorship?
100% Optical, and the co-located 100% Ophthalmology, is a free-to-attend event for optical and ophthalmic professionals working in an optician, private healthcare, NHS or academic setting.
All registrations are vetted and verified. If you do not wish to book a stand or sponsorship and are considered a Commercial Delegate, you can purchase a pass at £99 +VAT until Monday 22 December, before the price increases to £149 +VAT. The cost of buying a Commercial Delegate pass at the event is £199 +VAT.
Your Commercial Delegate pass will provide you access to both the theatres and the exhibition floor.
Please note that all paid registrations are subject to an additional admin fee of £4 per transaction.

When and where is 100% Ophthalmology taking place?

How do I register for exhibitor passes?

How can I upgrade my stand/sponsorship package?
You can always upgrade your current package to include additional activity such as digital marketing, seminar sponsorship and general sponsorship. Please email sales@100percentoptical.com to discuss the tailored packages we can create for you.

Where can I park?
Excel London offers parking for 2,000 cars. The only way to guarantee a parking space is by pre-booking. To pre-book your parking space, please visit the online booking platform here. Please select the date(s) you would like to park which should then display the event you are planning to attend. Select the type of space you need and complete the form to secure your spot.

I require special assistance, what can I do?
All public entrances allow for access by wheelchair via low gradient ramps and an automatic door. Once inside the venue, all floors are level, offering unobstructed access.
Wheelchairs are free of charge to hire. They are subject to availability, so please use this link to select the dates and aid you need.
We welcome all Guide and Assistance Dogs.
There are 80 bays suitable for accessible drivers across the car park. Access to the building from these bays is along walkways with a gradient of no more than 1:15 and via flat entrance lifts with automatic doors. Blue badge holders can park for £25.00 per day.
There are 40 accessible toilets located throughout the building for those with disabilities.

What food and beverage options are available?
As well as the Central Bar on the exhibition floor, Excel London has plenty of options to cater for all tastes. Please visit the website to find out more.
Are there cloakroom facilities?
Yes, the cloakrooms are located on level 0 (down the stairs, in between hall entrances N4 and S4) and at the east end of the venue on level 0.
Please note, Excel London is unable to store any items overnight. Cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices cannot be stored in cloakroom at any time.

I am observing Ramadan during my visit, what provisions are in place for me?
Dedicated prayer rooms are available at Excel London on the boulevard, accessible through a grey door next to the S9 entrance. There is an additional prayer space within the exhibition hall of 100% Optical for easier access, located on the right-hand side of the hall.
We will be providing Iftar meal vouchers for those who request them. You can request an Iftar meal voucher by completing this form. Vouchers can be collected during show times via the organiser's office within the exhibition hall.

How do I request a letter of invitation for my VISA application?
You may be required to obtain a visa if you are travelling from outside the EU, EEA, or Commonwealth. Visit gov.uk to find out more.
Exhibitors and speakers:
Visa invitation letters are provided free of charge, on request. Please email us to request yours at marketing@100percentoptical.com. Exhibition fees are non-refundable if a visa is not obtained in time.
Delegates:
If you wish to apply for a visa to attend 100% Optical, you will be able to do so once you have registered to attend. Please complete the relevant section on the online registration form. A non-refundable fee of £99 (+VAT) applies. A visa invitation letter will be emailed to you once payment has been received.
Please note:
We cannot, under any circumstances, guarantee that you will be granted a visa. Your application must be submitted directly to the appropriate United Kingdom authorities in your country. It is your responsibility to start the application process as soon as possible to obtain your visa in time to attend. You must submit your application to the relevant authority and follow up accordingly. 100% Optical is unable to follow up on your application on your behalf or enter into direct correspondence with consulates. 100% Optical reserves the right not to issue a visa support letter in certain cases.
