Virtual, augmented, and mixed reality (VR/AR/MR) technologies are revolutionizing the field, offering innovative solutions like immersive clinician training, advanced diagnostics, and virtual consultations. These tools enhance care quality and accessibility, especially in underserved areas. This presentation explores the current applications of VR/AR/MR in eye care, their limitations, and future opportunities to create more equitable and efficient care models.
