Along with head of LOC Darren Smith, Amun Sachdev will take us through how they made changes to the referral pathway in Hereford to make sure patients with glaucoma did not miss out on the opportunity to receive a combined cataract plus glaucoma procedure. This will include the latest data on "MIGS", the UKEGS consensus on MIGS and what the "Hereford Model" looks like in practice.
