This session introduces SeeAbility’s Special School Eye Care Service and explores why it plays such a vital role in improving access to eye care for children with learning disabilities and autism. Participants will gain an overview of The Easy Eye Care Pathway and learn how to apply practical adaptations to deliver high-quality, person-centred eye examinations and dispensing. The session combines lecture and discussion to support inclusive practice and ensure equitable eye care for all.
