Smartscan - Lead Generation

Smartscan - Lead Generation

As part of the exhibiting package, exhibitors will receive one free Smartscan (lead generation app) to scan those who visited their stand and download the leads with their contact details post-show.


SmartScan is the best way to get lead information at the event you are exhibiting at. Simply scan a visitors badge to capture their information.

You can take notes for each lead and link SmartScan with your Exhibitor Hub to create a custom questionnaire - you decide what further information you gather from each lead.

Quick search lets you easily find people in the app, no matter when they were scanned.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: New dates for 100% Optical - 23-25 April 2022

Following the rapid escalation of Omicron cases across the UK, and with new restrictions possible in the early part of 2022, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone 100% Optical 2022. We have been in dialogue with our official partner the AOP, as well as the OSA, ABDO a number of exhibitors and stakeholders and can say they support this move. We would not wish to put anyone at risk and neither would they.

The new dates for 100% Optical are 23-25 April 2022, and will continue to take place at the ExCeL London.  All visitor registration, exhibitor stand, sponsorship and hosted meetings will automatically be transferred to the new dates. Working with our education partners at the AOP, we will endeavour to honour CPD & education bookings as well, but of course we will need to reconfirm speaker availability for the new dates.

We will be in touch in the New Year to reconnect, and discuss how we can utilise the extra time we have been given to plan this event. 100% Optical 2022 will still be the best one yet, and one we will all have waited over two years for. In the meantime, please do make sure that if you have booked hotel rooms and flights you contact your providers to cancel your booking or move forward in line with the new show dates.  We know how hard this is for everyone, so thank you for your continued support. We know the industry cannot wait to be reunited, as we saw record registrations for this event in the last two weeks. We will use the time to make the event even better.
