From Music to Motors: Why Yiannimize Chose Jacob Stone Eyewear

From Music to Motors: Why Yiannimize Chose Jacob Stone Eyewear
Jacob Stone Eyewear has been chosen as the official eyewear partner for the Yiannimize Grand Tour 2026.
The brand’s journey from music to motors hasn’t been accidental. Its recent and successful collaborations with garage icons DJ Luck & MC Neat, alongside growing cultural visibility beyond traditional optics, have seen the eyewear worn within music culture, on stage, in everyday life and across social feeds, not being sold, simply being worn. It’s a clear signal that Jacob Stone is no longer confined to the consulting room, giving the brand a life beyond optics while continuing to support independent opticians.

What makes this partnership particularly exciting is not just its scale, but how it came about. This organic growth led Yiannimize to approach Jacob Stone and select the brand as its first official eyewear partner, a defining milestone for an independent eyewear business.

Yiannimize is one of the UK’s leading automotive lifestyle platforms, known for premium car culture, high-profile participants and large-scale live events across Europe. The Grand Tour brings together 40 carefully selected rare and luxury sports cars, along with high-profile drivers.

The partnership brings together luxury sports cars and premium eyewear in the form of a single limited-edition Grand Tour sunglasses design. Crafted from Bio-Acetate, the frame reflects Jacob Stone’s commitment to sustainable production. The design details take inspiration from premium sports cars, including sweeping decorative elements influenced by racing spoilers and wheel-arch forms, finished with refined Gold detailing to reflect the tour’s luxury positioning.

The lenses have been designed with drivers in mind, using a true Grey base tint for natural colour perception, paired with a mirror finish and Anti-Reflective back coating to reduce glare and eye fatigue during long drives.

This June, the tour will travel from Lisbon, stopping at four luxury destinations before finishing in Ibiza. Each driver and passenger will be gifted a set of limited-edition Grand Tour sunglasses to wear throughout the seven-day journey.

For Yiannimize, selecting an eyewear partner wasn’t about adding another logo. It was about aligning with a brand that felt authentic, independent and design-led, one that already carried cultural relevance and could deliver both style and function for its participants.

Jacob Stone has always believed eyewear should be discovered in real life, not just in retail. The brand continues to invest in visibility that supports independent opticians by building public awareness and demand before patients walk into practice. Following the tour, the limited-edition sunglasses will be available to a select number of Jacob Stone stockists.
