The system has been developed to integrate seamlessly into diverse clinical pathways, including primary care optometry, contact lens clinics, pre-operative cataract pathways, refractive and oculoplastic surgery clinics, glaucoma services, and dedicated dry eye clinics. By focusing on image-based visual documentation, MEA supports clinicians in understanding ocular surface changes over time and embedding meibography into routine clinical workflows.
