ESSILORLUXOTTICA SHOWCASES ITS LATEST INNOVATIONS AT 100% OPTICAL
London, UK (December, 23 2024) – EssilorLuxottica is looking forward to welcoming eye care professionals to its stand E2 at 100% Optical 2025 from 1-3 March, where they will discover the latest innovations in brands, lenses, frames, instruments and services.
Two new pieces of professional instruments and equipment are set to launch at the show and the team will be on hand to discuss the benefits these can bring to an optical practice.
Paul Cumber, instruments director at EssilorLuxottica said: “We’re excited to reveal more about the new additions to our portfolio. ECPs can get hands-on with live demonstrations of our extensive range of instruments and explore advanced technologies in optometry, eye health care, and lens finishing.”
A hand-picked collection of frames from the company’s wide portfolio will be displayed featuring Emporio Armani, Diesel, Ray-Ban®, Armani Exchange, Ralph by Ralph Lauren, Polo by Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Oakley, Ferrari Cavallino and Swarovski. ECPs will also get to discover more about Ray-Ban® Meta via an on-stand demo station.
The latest lens innovations will also be available to view including Varilux® XR series™, Essilor® Stellest® lenses, Transitions® GEN S™ and Eyezen®.

A big focus area during the show is education and EssilorLuxottica is delighted to be sponsoring this year’s 100% Optical Academy and delivering a lecture on ‘Improving the performance of varifocals with personalisation’.
The discussion workshop will highlight the key parameters which influence lens performance and how the quality of measured individual parameters, such as eye dominance, near vision behaviour, back vertex distance impact the optical performance of progressive addition lenses.
Furthermore, the team will be raising awareness of the free training available through its learning platform, Leonardo. ECPs can sign up to the platform and upskill in key areas with CPD approved discussion workshops and certification programmes.
