MATERIAL

The combination of high-quality titanium and unique processing enables metal eyewear of the highest standard. The material not only impresses with its fineness and lightness. PRODUCTION

The elaborate production has been carried out for over 25 years by one of the most respected manufacturers of spectacle frames in Japan. It is a friendship based on a great deal of shared expertise and passion for our eyewear. The production differs depending on the type of glasses. Some models are moulded from a fine titanium wire. These frames are characterised by their delicate sophistication and understated presence, without losing any of their robustness. Others are stamped from a titanium plate and compressed several times to achieve the desired stability. Weighing up to 300 tonnes, the parts are precisely formed into the desired shape using up to seven individual punching and pressing tools. Whether temples or outer contours: every curvature in the design, no matter how small, finds its expression with the highest precision. The expertise of the spectacle makers is essential.
