Loughlin’s Optics supports optical practices to deliver genuinely inclusive, accessible, and person-centred eye care. 

Founded by Tammie Loughlin, an experienced optical professional with extensive lived experience of disability and neurodivergence, I bridge policy, practice, and people.

I provide tailored CPD training, accessibility audits, and practical guidance covering neurodiversity, disability, communication, and inclusive patient journeys. My work helps practices and more  move beyond compliance towards environments where patients and staff feel safe, understood, and truly seen.
