Exceptional customer connection sits at the heart of everything we do. Our one-to-one styling consultations allow us to understand each customer’s lifestyle, personality, and visual needs. Colour plays a key role in this, and we guide customers towards the shades, tones, and finishes that complement them best. This personalised, styling-led approach ensures they leave with eyewear that feels right, looks right, and truly reflects who they are.

A key part of our customer engagement strategy is our events. Each year, we host around five eyewear events, from new-season launches to designer showcases and styling evenings. These are designed to be memorable, educational, and enjoyable, with canapés and cocktails served, often in collaboration with local independent businesses. These partnerships strengthen our community ties while offering customers experiences they won’t find elsewhere in Moray.

In the past, we have also run our popular Eye-Make for Spectacle Wearers event, helping customers explore makeup techniques that work beautifully with glasses. This year, we are enhancing our events further with a House of Colour stylist, offering guests the chance to discover the colours that suit them most. This aligns perfectly with our own styling consultations, where colour is already an integral part of helping customers choose frames that enhance their natural features.

This year has also seen key developments: an expanded team, the introduction of a performance-led sports eyewear section, and preparations for opening our second premises in Elgin in January 2026, a milestone already generating significant excitement and brand awareness.
