We put a lot of work into our window displays and understand the importance of engaging with the general public through designing fun, dynamic windows which showcase our eyewear collections. These displays whether seen through social media or in person draw potential customers into our store. We change our displays regularly and ensure they are always both interesting and topical. We work together with local community groups, for example the local art society displaying some of their artwork as part of their art trail. Following this trail brings people to us and therefore increasing the foot fall in our area. We also collaborate with other independent retailers to produce an easter trail, which children follow to spot the easter bunnies displayed within various window displays around the town to win a prize. This is very successful at drawing people to our store. Our latest Christmas window brought a lot of engagement both through social media and additional foot fall as after a social media campaign we won the local as best dressed window competition. Our winning window design was also shared by Mary Portas, thought her Instagram page. Mary had a big impact on our window posts which led to a lot of engagement throughout social media and an increase in followers.
People do enjoy our eyewear and window displays and we receive many comments about them, they have become quite a talking point, as you can see from both the enclosed images and the insights.
