On track to be one of the most exciting years in Mondottica Group’s history, 100% Optical is the perfect moment to share a number of firsts with its UK partners and customers. Spread across the optical spectrum, Mondottica Group is introducing a series of new luxury brand and distribution partners alongside the latest in technological innovation at the 2026 show.
Tony Pessok, CEO of Mondottica Group, said, “100% Optical is the UK’s premier eyewear show, and we are incredibly proud of the scale and quality of innovation we’re bringing to visitors this year. Alongside our premium portfolio, we are thrilled to introduce Yohji Yamamoto, Taylor Morris London, Sunday Somewhere and ReForm Eyewear - each a phenomenal addition that broadens and elevates our offer. We can’t wait to welcome visitors to experience it all firsthand.”
Mondottica Group’s luxury portfolio continues to expand with the addition of the cult and timeless Yohji Yamamoto brand. One of Japan’s most revered designers, the ultra-premium eyewear collection is designed to appeal to discerning luxury retailers and leading independents.
Since his debut catwalk show in Paris in 1981, Yohji Yamamoto has revolutionised the fashion world through his philosophy of ‘conquering fashion through antithesis’ - namely, an antithesis to traditional western clothing. Forever connected to his signature use of sculptural black, Yohji Yamamoto eyewear is made-in-Japan with precision from the finest materials and hardware.
Revealed for the first time in the UK, Mondottica Group is the exclusive distribution partner for the Taylor Morris London and Sunday Somewhere eyewear collections. Focusing on the independent optical channel, the relaxed sun and optical collections, inspired by frames of the 1970s and timeless Hollywood glamour, are handmade to the highest specifications and stocked across 30 countries globally. Elevating the everyday, the youthful Taylor Morris London and the female-focused Sunday Somewhere celebrate never taking life too seriously and hitting pause for a moment.
Marking its highly anticipated UK debut at 100% Optical is ReForm Eyewear — a revolutionary patented memory metal optical brand set to transform the category. The first fully flexible eyewear brand backed by 100 global patents, ReForm Eyewear offers industry firsts in terms of style, comfort and durability. The debut collection is divided into two segments - ‘Titanium Collection’ and ‘Injected Collection' - featuring 16 shapes and 32 SKUs. Inclusive, unisex design, it furthers the appeal of memory metal opticals by targeting female consumers and younger demographics.
Offering unparalleled build quality, ReForm Eyewear is precision engineered with weight distribution to eliminate pressure points, providing all-around comfort. A memory metal market first, ReForm Eyewear is constructed from advanced materials never used in the eyewear industry before, opening a whole new world of possibilities. A high-performance polyamide, made from 45 percent bio-sourced material, is derived from castor oil and fully recyclable. The castor oil, requiring much less water than conventional crops, allows the reduction of ReForm Eyewear’s environmental footprint while promoting sustainable agriculture.
ReForm Eyewear further aligns with Mondottica Group’s recent B Corp certification announcement, increasing the use of more sustainable materials and practises throughout brand partner collections.
Mondottica Group’s 2026 100% Optical showcase is a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and global brand vision - bringing together a dynamic portfolio of licensed and owned eyewear brands in one original and inspiring space.
