Dean is a lecturer and contact lens optician. Until recently, he was programme leader for contact lenses and FdSc ophthalmic dispensing at Bradford College. Dean is a fellow of IACLE and head of qualifications for ABDO, which includes management and oversight of ABDO’s contact lens qualifications.
