Peter is the chief clinical information officer and director of digital development at Moorfields Eye Hospital, and chief executive officer of Cascader Ltd, a Moorfields and UCL spin-out developing high-impact clinical AI products to improve the diagnosis and management of eye disease across primary and secondary care. Peter served as national digital clinical lead for eyecare at NHS England, NHSx and NHS Digital, and now supports the development of eyecare pathways for the NHS Online Hospital, announced by the Prime Minister in 2025. He joined Moorfields in 2017 as a consultant paediatric ophthalmologist, trained in medicine at the University of Oxford, completed a PhD in computational neuroscience at the University of Cambridge, and is currently completing an executive MBA at Warwick Business School.
