Fflur leads the global luxury goods research program at Euromonitor International, where she has been a key contributor since joining the company in June 2000. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing the content and quality of Euromonitor’s luxury goods research, which offers strategic market analysis and in-depth industry coverage across 32 countries. Under her leadership, Euromonitor was named Luxury Researcher of the Year by Luxury Daily in 2016, and in 2017, Fflur was recognized on the Luxury Women to Watch list. A prolific writer in the field of luxury and business, she has authored numerous global strategic reports and is frequently cited in international press and broadcast media as a leading voice on the luxury industry. Fflur is also a respected speaker, having addressed executives at major luxury conferences around the world. Most recently, she co-authored The Oxford Handbook of Luxury Business (Oxford University Press, 2022) and contributed data and consumer insights to Diana Verde Nieto’s 2024 publication, Reimagining Luxury (Kogan Page, 2024) which offers a framework for brands to reimagine the future and play their part in designing it and illustrates how luxury brands can change their mindsets towards a sustainability culture.
