Grant is director of professional development at Specsavers, with over 30 years’ experience in medical and ophthalmic imaging. He has led diabetic eye screening services, developed accredited training programmes, and chaired the British Association of Retinal Screening. Formerly clinical training manager at Haag-Streit UK, he created the Haag-Streit academy and delivered training across multiple imaging modalities. Grant holds an MSc in diabetes and is a specialist in clinical education strategy.
