Hayley is the founder of CBTR Opticians, a multi award winning boutique practice in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. She began her career in optics as a receptionist in 2010 before progressing through dispensing, contact lens and optometry qualifications, opening CBTR in 2023. The practice is recognised for its curated edit of independent eyewear ateliers, discovered at Paris Fashion Week, and its luxury, highly personalised styling experience. After just two years in business, CBTR was awarded Fashion Practice of the Year at the 2025 Optician Awards, following its Social Media Practice of the Year win in 2024.
