Helen is a qualified dispensing optician with over 20 years of experience in the optical industry. She has worked with Specsavers since 2011 as a dispensing optician and retail manager before moving into the support office. Over the past six years, Helen has contributed across optics, domiciliary, and audiology functions, bringing a broad and strategic perspective to clinical and operational excellence. Helen recently completed her MBA at University College Dublin, and also holds a certificate in business sustainability management from the University of Cambridge. She is deeply passionate about the future of the optical industry, and the role sustainability plays in improving outcomes for both patients and colleagues.
