Jess Smith Jess is a CIPD level 7 MSC qualified generalist HR practitioner currently within the role of senior HR business partner within Specsavers. Having studied psychology as her undergrad, Jess champions personal and development and endorses continual improvement to support personal growth as well as business growth. Jess also holds additional qualifications in project management and mediation and regularly uses these in her day-today role. Although Jess has been with Specsavers for the past six years, she began her HR career within the NHS and moved to private healthcare before joining Specsavers. Jess has a wealth of experience in all elements of people management and is truly passionate about colleague wellbeing.
