Kayleigh Allen is a solicitor specialising in regulatory matters with over 8 years’ experience as a lawyer in healthcare regulation. Working at various regulators and private practice before that, prosecuting and defending. Kayleigh is head of fitness to practice legal at the GOC and has led step changes in fitness to practice processes and key performance indicator performance in recent years overseeing the implementation of acceptance criteria and enhanced triage functions.
