Kez is an optometrist and Professor at Anglia Ruskin University. Kez’s principal teaching, research and clinical interests are in low vision. She is the lead clinician for the ARU low vision clinic, and was the 2017 recipient of the Neil Charman medal for excellence in optometric research from the College of Optometrists. She is an editorial board member of the ‘Ophthalmic and Physiological Optics’ journal, an elected council member of the College of Optometrists, and a trustee of sight loss charity CamSight.
