Kirsteen is head of dispensing development at Specsavers and qualified as a dispensing optician in 2009. During her 15 years with Specsavers, Kirsteen has fulfilled several roles as a practitioner and practice director and currently leads the dispensing optician career path and relevant training & development for Specsavers opticians. She is a former member of the GOC’s education committee, and has considerable experience of developing and delivering CPD on a range of dispensing topics and modalities including discussion-based CPD.
