Lance has worked for SeeAbility’s eye care team for six years. His role is to raise awareness of the importance of eye care for people with learning disabilities and autism. A key aspect of this is to promote the Easy Eye Care service to a wide range of audiences in Southeast London. Lance is an Oliver McGowan mandatory training approved trainer and brings his lived experience of autism into his role.
