Marc Barton-Farmer is the accredited courses coach for the professional development team who has been with Specsavers for nineteen years. His primary focus is mentoring and facilitating the development of the students enrolled on the level 3 BTEC Cert 3 course, as well as supporting the development of the updated course content. While working in practice as store manager and in store trainer, Marc also represented the Wales division for the dispensing opticians user group (DOUG). Marc is currently the co-chair for prism - Specsavers LGBTQIA+ network.
