Mike Horler
Consultant optometrist,
Sussex Eye Hospital
Mike Horler is a consultant optometrist in medical retina at Sussex Eye Hospital and a visiting lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire. Prior to this, he was the medical retina co-lead in the Moorfields/UCL postgraduate team. Mike previously lived in New Zealand, where he co-managed patients in the community and also held a teaching post at the University of Auckland. He has a wide range of experience in optometry and subspecialty ophthalmology and has previously undertaken research work in the glaucoma unit at Moorfields Eye Hospital.
