Monica graduated from Anglia Ruskin University in 2013 and qualified as an optometrist in 2014. Since then, she has built a diverse and well-rounded career across both multiple and independent optical practices. Her passion for education and clinical excellence led her to spend over five years as a clinical supervisor at Aston University, where she mentored and supported undergraduate optometry students. Monica later joined Alcon, initially as a faculty member and subsequently as a business development manager. She now serves as a professional education and development manager at Alcon, where she continues to drive professional growth and clinical expertise across the industry.
