RNIB
Preeti is specialty optometrist with over 20 years' clinical experience across NHS hospitals, community optometry and as a clinical supervisor at City St George’s, University of London. Currently, she serves as RNIB's optometry and low vision engagement manager where she supports optometrists and low vision practitioners in aiding patients with sight loss through training and guidance. She also leads the RNIB low vision peer network and is co-author of RNIB adult low vision services quality framework, good practice guidelines and the e-learning modules for eye care professionals. Preeti has an interest in glaucoma and low vision rehabilitation, holding a master's degree in clinical optometry and a professional certificate in glaucoma. Additionally, she is a member of the editorial board for the College of Optometrists' Acuity journal and participates in the College's Clinical Management Guidelines review group.
