Sameen is a specialist optometrist and vision care training expert with over 16 years of diverse clinical experience. Her career spans hospital optometry, refractive surgery, high-street practice, and clinical education - including her role as a clinical tutor at Aston University.
As an IP optometrist, Sameen is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality patient care and clinical excellence. She contributes to the College of Optometrists as a reviewer for the independent prescribing guidelines and actively supports the profession as a member of the Nottinghamshire Local Optical Committee.
In her current role with the Leonardo Vision Care team, she blends clinical expertise with a passion for education, helping to empower the optical workforce and advance excellence in eye health.
