Scott is an optometrist, CEO of Scotlens, and Director at Jack Brown Eyecare in Edinburgh. Since 2004, Scott has specialised in orthokeratology and specialty contact lens fitting, working with private and NHS patients. He has designed and developed numerous contact lens types, including orthokeratology, scleral, keratoconic, and multifocal lenses, which are now used in hospitals and specialist optometric practices internationally. Scott also lectures on orthokeratology and specialty lens fitting at Glasgow Caledonian University and the University of the Highlands and regularly presents at conferences and educational events.
