Miss Sheila Luk is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon specialising in glaucoma and cataract surgery. She works at Hillingdon Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and holds an honorary consultant role at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. She has been appointed as the clinical lecturer for Brunel Medical School.
She graduated with distinction in medicine from University College London and obtained a first-class degree in Neuroscience. She completed her specialist ophthalmology training across London and the Midlands before undertaking a glaucoma fellowship at Moorfields Eye Hospital.
Miss Luk has a particular interest in medical and surgical glaucoma, laser glaucoma treatments and micro-incision cataract surgery. She has authored and contributed to peer-reviewed ophthalmic publications and is involved in research and service development initiatives aimed at improving glaucoma care and patient outcomes.
