Discussion workshop: Reducing the risk of spectacle lens non-tolerance - setting expectations, the key to success

Dispensing Workshop
Practitioners will be presented with different scenarios to analyse potential risk of spectacle non-tolerance, understand the best options and how to recommend products to meet patient expectations. Delegates will also discuss cases of patients returning due to non-tolerance and consider what went wrong and what could have been differently at the time of the dispense to avoid the outcome.
Learning outcomes:
Practitioners will be able to communicate effectively with patients to avoid and resolve cases of spectacle non-tolerance
