This peer review is broken down into three stages and considers why effective communication is so important, three different models of breaking bad news, and keeping safe in the eyes of the law.
Learning outcome:
Practitioners will identify techniques for effectively obtaining and delivering information to put patients at ease and address their concerns in a way they understand to ensure they are involved in decisions about their care.
