The sky’s the limit with new Star Fit™ range for children

The initial Star Fit^™ collection features eight models, each in two colourways. The range has been developed with a deep understanding of the facial parameters of children to ensure a perfect fit. Designed to accommodate the wider, flatter, and lower features of a developing nose, these frames provide a stable and comfortable fit without slipping.

The weight of each frame has also been carefully considered and has adjustment properties to ensure a balanced and comfortable wearing experience.  The lens shape and its pantoscopic angle have been designed with knowledge of how a child regularly looks upwards into an adult designed world.

In 2023, Millmead Optical Group proudly achieved B Corp Certification, championing sustainability in the optical industry. Reflecting this commitment, Star Fit^™ product materials were meticulously chosen to minimise ecological impact – featuring eco-biodegradable acetate frames and recycled metal (excluding hinges).

Every design embraces eco-consciousness, and for added versatility, each frame includes a strap option. Simply fitting into the hole at the end of the temple, the straps offer a secure accessory choice for Star Fit^™ wearers.

07 – This a bold angular metal frame is available in two striking colour choices, Black and Pink. The temples of these frames feature a raised print, showcasing hand-drawn monsters adding a touch of whimsy and playfulness to the style.

08 – This stunning metal round eye frame is available in two captivating colours, Blue and Purple. The patterned temple features a raised print with hand-drawn safari animals evoking the beautiful of the natural world.
