Registrations for your free badge will open during the first week of September. 

You can register your interest online here to be the first to hear when registration opens and receive other show updates.

Saturday 28 February: 10:00 to 18:00 (with late opening night party)
Sunday 1 March: 10:00 to 18:00
Monday 2 March: 10:00 to 17:00

ExceL London is an exhibition and international convention centre in the Custom House area of Newham, East London. Its 100-acre site is on the northern quay of the Royal Victoria Dock in London Docklands, between Canary Wharf and London City Airport. For more details on Excel London, please click here. 

All public entrances provide wheelchair access via low-gradient ramps and automatic-opening doors. Once inside the venue, all floors are level, providing unobstructed access for the disabled.

ExceL London can provide wheelchairs to those in need, free of charge. Wheelchairs can be hired from both ends of the venue. Please speak to one of our security concierges for assistance. Please note that, unfortunately, we are unable to offer pre-booking for these chairs, which will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Mobility scooters are free to hire. They are subject to availability, so please email your enquiry to info@excel.london, who will confirm. 

Excel London welcomes assistance dogs with visually and/or hearing-impaired visitors.

There are 80 bays suitable for disabled drivers on-site, in the eastern and western car parks, with direct wheelchair access into the venue.

Excel London offers on-site car parking for 2,000 cars. The only way to guarantee a parking space is by prebooking via the Excel London website here. 

Dedicated prayer rooms are available at Excel London on the boulevard, accessible through a grey door next to the S9 entrance. There is an additional prayer space within the exhibition hall of 100% Optical for easier access, located on the right hand side of the hall. 

We will be providing Iftar meal vouchers for those who request them. You can request an Iftar meal voucher by contacting marketing@100percentoptical.com and providing the names of you and/or your colleagues who would like a voucher. Vouchers can be collected during show times via the organiser's office within the exhibition hall.  

If you have any additional requests, please contact us at marketing@100percentoptical.com and we can look into making the appropriate accommodations. 

You may be required to obtain a visa if you are travelling from outside the EU, EEA, or Commonwealth. Visit gov.uk to find out more.

Delegates:
If you wish to apply for a visa to attend 100% Optical, you will be able to do so once you have registered to attend. Please complete the relevant section on the online registration form. A non-refundable fee of £99 (+VAT) applies. A visa invitation letter will be emailed to you once payment has been received.

Exhibitors and speakers:
Visa invitation letters are provided free of charge, on request. Please email us to request yours at marketing@100percentoptical.com. Exhibition fees are non-refundable if a visa is not obtained in time.

Please note:
We cannot, under any circumstances, guarantee that you will be granted a visa. Your application must be submitted directly to the appropriate United Kingdom authorities in your country. It is your responsibility to start the application process as soon as possible to obtain your visa in time to attend. You must submit your application to the relevant authority and follow up accordingly. 100% Optical is unable to follow up on your application on your behalf or enter into direct correspondence with consulates. 100% Optical reserves the right not to issue a visa support letter in certain cases.
