You can register for your free pass online here.

Once you are registered, you will:

• Receive a confirmation email with your PDF badge.
• Be the first to hear about programme, exhibitor and speaker updates.
• Get exclusive news and offers from our exhibitors.
• Your badge will arrive in the post and by email one week before the event takes place.
• If you do not receive your badge, you can easily print your badge when you arrive at the registration desks. 

Yes, you can enter both 100% Optical and 100% Ophthalmology with the same pass. You can register for your free pass online here.

Saturday 28 February: 9:00 to 18:00 (with late opening night party)
Sunday 1 March: 9:00 to 18:00
Monday 2 March: 9:00 to 17:00

You will receive your pass in the post or by email one week before the event takes place. Alternatively, you will also be able to print your pass on arrival at the registration desks.

Excel London offers parking for 2,000 cars. The only way to guarantee a parking space is by pre-booking. To pre-book your parking space, please visit the online booking platform here. Please select the date(s) you would like to park which should then display the event you are planning to attend. Select the type of space you need and complete the form to secure your spot.

Yes, 100% Optical is CPD accredited and you will receive an attendance CPD certificate up to 2 weeks after the event takes place.  All delegates attending sessions (and who are correctly scanned in/out of the conference theatre for each relevant session) will be awarded CPD certification.

If you don't receive your CPD certificate 2 weeks after the event, please contact us.

All public entrances allow for access by wheelchair via low gradient ramps and an automatic door. Once inside the venue, all floors are level, offering unobstructed access.

Wheelchairs are free of charge to hire. They are subject to availability, so please use this link to select the dates and aid you need. 

We welcome all Guide and Assistance Dogs.

There are 80 bays suitable for accessible drivers across the car park. Access to the building from these bays is along walkways with a gradient of no more than 1:15 and via flat entrance lifts with automatic doors. Blue badge holders can park for £25.00 per day. 

There are 40 accessible toilets located throughout the building for those with disabilities.

Yes, we will be providing hearing loops in all theatres at the event.

As well as the Central Bar on the exhibition floor, Excel London has plenty of options to cater for all tastes. Please visit the website to find out more. 

Yes, there are four water refill stations located by the East and West Entrances as well as by halls S4 and S7.

All delegate badges are encoded with your name, address, phone, organisation, and e-mail address (if applicable). Exhibitors obtain this information only if they scan your badge in the exhibition. If you do not wish to share your information, you can opt out of having your badge scanned by exhibitors.

Yes, the cloakrooms are located on level 0 (down the stairs, in between hall entrances N4 and S4) and at the east end of the venue on level 0. 

Please note, Excel London is unable to store any items overnight. Cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices cannot be stored in cloakroom at any time.

There is free WiFi suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, sign in to '_Excel FREE Wi-Fi' using the standard login, or via LinkedIn, Facebook, or X.

Dedicated prayer rooms are available at Excel London on the boulevard, accessible through a grey door next to the S9 entrance. There is an additional prayer space within the exhibition hall of 100% Optical for easier access, located on the right-hand side of the hall. 

We will be providing Iftar meal vouchers for those who request them. You can request an Iftar meal voucher by completing this form. Vouchers can be collected during show times via the organiser's office within the exhibition hall.

You may be required to obtain a visa if you are travelling from outside the EU, EEA, or Commonwealth. Visit gov.uk to find out more.

Delegates:
If you wish to apply for a visa to attend 100% Optical, you will be able to do so once you have registered to attend. Please complete the relevant section on the online registration form. A non-refundable fee of £99 (+VAT) applies. A visa invitation letter will be emailed to you once payment has been received.

Exhibitors and speakers:
Visa invitation letters are provided free of charge, on request. Please email us to request yours at marketing@100percentoptical.com. Exhibition fees are non-refundable if a visa is not obtained in time.

Please note:
We cannot, under any circumstances, guarantee that you will be granted a visa. Your application must be submitted directly to the appropriate United Kingdom authorities in your country. It is your responsibility to start the application process as soon as possible to obtain your visa in time to attend. You must submit your application to the relevant authority and follow up accordingly. 100% Optical is unable to follow up on your application on your behalf or enter into direct correspondence with consulates. 100% Optical reserves the right not to issue a visa support letter in certain cases.
